Rocking Snails
Early this morning, I saw an amazing snail during my walk.
When I arrived home, I told Jade all about it.
Instantly, she wanted to draw the snail with a bunch of friends.

Initially, Jade wanted to draw herself juggling … but she changed her mind while drawing.

The lion and plant are very happy after the rain … (cue the rainbow).

Claire and Fashionable Steppy
Steppy has been a huge influence on Jade.
While at Grandma’s, Jade’s cousin Claire drew this beautiful picture of Steppy (above).
For some reason, Claire also fell in love with Steppy and now owns the same stuffy.
And of course, she’s also named her hamster “Steppy”.
Why is Steppy so fashionable ???
Maybe it’s Steppy’s small size ?? … the small hearts ?? … that soft pink colour ??
Maybe it’s because Steppy will always cheer you up and make you smile :-)

Liam The Scream’s “Red Autumn”
At Grandma’s place, Jade had some exciting moments with her cousin Liam.
Liam loves to “splatter paint” and he created this wonderful autumn image (above).
My wife also created this “edgy” snake for Liam’s arm with face paints (below).
Liam’s hamming it up to scare his mom (my sister).
Sonia’s Strawberry Dream
At Grandma’s, Jade had a chance to re-connect with her older cousin Sonia.
Lots of times, I’ll see an expression on Jade’s face and I’ll think of Sonia.
